II. Prevention and control of examination epidemics

Pre-examination health monitoring

1. All candidates are required to provide a report of negative nucleic acid test of the New Crown Pneumonia Virus (NCPV) in the first 48 hours prior to the examination before they are allowed to take the examination, i.e., the time between the nucleic acid test sampling time and the candidate's The interval between the sampling time of the nucleic acid test and the start time of the first examination subject on the examination pass is less than 48 hours.

2. Candidates must download and print the "Report Form on the Health Status of Candidates for the Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualifications in Jiangsu Province" according to the requirements of the registration notice. This form is one for each subject, and candidates must fill in the form truthfully according to the requirements.

3. Candidates who are under compulsory isolation, medical observation or self-isolation 14 days before the examination are not allowed to take the examination.

Entering the Examination Center

1. On the day of the examination, candidates will arrive at the examination center before the time specified in the admission card, reserve enough time to cooperate with the staff of the examination center for admission verification, and keep a safe distance.

2. Candidates entering the test center must take the initiative to present the Sukang Code, the "Communication Big Data Trip Card", a negative report on the nucleic acid test of the new coronavirus within 48 hours, the "Health Report Form" and receive a temperature measurement. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be allowed to take the test.

3. Candidates shall wear disposable medical masks or N95 masks without breathing valves throughout the time they enter the examination center, but shall not be allowed to affect their identification by wearing the masks. Candidates may decide on their own whether or not to continue to wear the mask after entering the examination room and taking their seats; candidates taking the examination in the alternate segregated examination room are required to wear the mask throughout the examination.

4. Candidates may enter the examination center only if their body temperature is measured below 37.3℃. Candidates enter if the two measurements of body temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃, it is recommended to seek medical attention next time to take the test. If you really need to participate in the examination, by the examination center epidemic prevention and control team can be excluded from the comprehensive research and judgment of the new coronary pneumonia infection, you must enter the standby isolation examination room.

5. Candidates entering the examination room, you need to hand over the completed "Health Report Form" to the invigilator, otherwise you will not be allowed to participate in the examination on the spot.
