Chongqing Housing Provident Fund withdrawal procedures required
1. Employees or their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents) to buy their own housing to pay off the purchase price, and to meet the following conditions:

(1) the purchase of commercial housing, from the date of the purchase contract filing and registration of 1 year or obtain the certificate of ownership of the house within 1 year from the date of registration.

(2) For the purchase of housing reform housing, within 1 year from the date of signing the purchase contract or within 1 year from the date of obtaining the certificate of ownership of the housing.

(3) For the purchase of demolition and resettlement housing, within 1 year from the date of signing the demolition compensation and resettlement contract (agreement) or within 1 year from the date of obtaining the certificate of ownership of the housing.

(4) For the purchase of a re-traded house or an auction house, within 1 year from the date of obtaining the certificate of ownership of the house.

(5) Purchase of guaranteed housing, within 1 year from the date of signing the purchase contract.

2. Employees or their spouses to repay the principal and interest of the purchase loan, within the loan period and repayment amount, according to the following conditions for withdrawal:

(1) employees or their spouses to repay the principal and interest of commercial loans, in the repayment period can be withdrawn once a year. The first time to withdraw and meet the conditions of the down payment withdrawal, the withdrawal amount does not exceed the amount of the down payment, and subsequent withdrawals, does not exceed the amount of the loan principal and interest repaid in the corresponding period. If you withdraw for the first time but do not meet the conditions for down payment withdrawal, the amount of withdrawal for the first and subsequent withdrawals shall not exceed the amount of principal and interest of the loan that has been repaid during the corresponding period.

(2) If the employee or his/her spouse repays the principal and interest of the provident fund loan (including the combination loan), he/she can withdraw once a year during the repayment period. The sum of the withdrawal amount of the employee, spouse and participant shall not exceed the amount of principal and interest of the loan repaid during the corresponding period.

(3) If the employee or his/her spouse repays the principal and interest of the subsidized loan from the provident fund, he/she can withdraw once a year during the repayment period. The sum of the withdrawal amounts of the employee, his/her spouse and the participant shall not exceed the amount of the loan principal and interest repaid during the corresponding period. Before the repayment of the subsidized interest loan of the provident fund, it cannot be withdrawn under other conditions (except for the cancellation of the withdrawal), and the amount that the employee can withdraw at the same time does not exceed the amount that has been actually repaid during the corresponding period of time.

3. workers or their spouses to build, renovate, overhaul the property rights of owner-occupied housing, from the date of approval of the documents approved within 1 year;

4. rental housing for self-occupation, in the term of the lease contract;

5. deposit workers for migrant workers;

6. workers or their immediate family (spouse, children, parents) enjoying the minimum subsistence guarantee for urban residents

7. Employees or their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents) suffering from malignant tumors, acute myocardial infarction, stroke sequelae, coronary artery bypass grafting, major organ transplantation or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, end-stage renal disease, and other major illnesses causing serious difficulties in the family's life.

Note:

1. The same withdrawal conditions can only be applied once a year for the withdrawal procedures (before and after the withdrawal time interval of more than 1 year), except for the cancellation of the withdrawal and early repayment of loans.

2. Provident fund loan employees (including the participant, spouse) in the provident fund loans (including combination loans, subsidized loans) before the repayment, in addition to the cancellation of the withdrawal, can only handle the repayment of provident fund loans (including combination loans, subsidized loans) of the principal and interest withdrawal.
