Requirements for Participants:

1. Age Requirements:

Marathon age limit is 20 years old or above (born before December 31, 2001); Ten-kilometer age limit is 16 years old or above (born before December 31, 2005); Ten-kilometer age limit is 16 years old or above (born before December 31, 2005); Ten-kilometer age limit is 16 years old or above (born before December 31, 2005); Ten-kilometer age limit is 16 years old or above (born before December 31, 2005) Above (born before December 31, 2005); mini-marathon runners age is not restricted, 10 years old or younger must be accompanied by a guardian to register for the race (adults and children are required to register and pay the fee).

2. Physical Requirements:

The marathon is a high-load, high-intensity, long-distance competitive sport, and a high-risk athletic program, which requires a high level of physical condition. Participants should be in good health and have a long history of running exercise. People with the following physical conditions should not participate in the race:

1. congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2. high blood pressure and cerebrovascular disease;

3. myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4. coronary artery disease and serious arrhythmia;

5. diabetes mellitus with too much or too little blood glucose;

6. race Cold or flu less than two weeks before the race day;

7. Pregnancy;

8. Any other medical condition that makes you unfit to exercise.

The full marathon will have 5,000 participants, the 10-kilometer event will have 4,000 participants, and the mini-marathon will have 6,000 participants. All programs are available while supplies last.

Once the registration is confirmed, no change of entry is allowed and no refund will be accepted.

Epidemic protection requirements:

1. Runners from low-risk areas in mainland China can register for the race, and runners from outside China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) as well as those from medium- and high-risk areas in China will not be accepted.

2. If the risk level of the new Crown Pneumonia outbreak in a player's region rises to medium or high risk during the period between successful registration and the race day, the Organizing Committee will disqualify him/her from the race and refund the registration fee.

3. Players who do not have a history of living in areas with medium or high risk of outbreaks 14 days before the race and who are under centralized medical observation or home medical observation are not allowed to participate in the race.

4. Runners participating in the 2021 Hohhot Marathon must submit a negative nucleic acid test report with a test date after June 13 (inclusive), a personal health code and a communication big data itinerary card, submit a paper "Commitment to Prevention and Control of Epidemic" (open for download before the race) and pass a temperature test when they collect their belongings. Only when both the health code and the trip card are green can the participants receive their supplies. Participants whose trip cards show that a city they arrived in or passed through within the previous 14 days is red, but whose trip cards are green, can still participate in the race after meeting the other epidemic prevention and control requirements of this race.

5. The organizing committee will set up temperature measurement and health code verification channels in the areas related to the distribution of goods before the race, as well as the start and finish of the race. Participants with abnormal body temperature must cooperate with the epidemic prevention personnel for further inspection; for participants with abnormal health condition or non-green code, the organizing committee has the right to terminate their participation in the race, and the registration fee will not be refunded. Participants and related personnel must wear masks correctly when entering the above area and obey the staff's arrangement.

6. A temperature check area will be set up at the entrance of the gathering area, and both participants and staff entering the gathering area will be required to undergo a temperature check.

7. Participants should raise their awareness of epidemic prevention and avoid physical contact with other runners as much as possible in the course, keeping a safe distance.

8. According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control, the organizing committee will dynamically adjust the arrangement of epidemic prevention requirements (including but not limited to the time and scale of the event, registration requirements and the provision of a valid negative nucleic acid test report within 7 days prior to the race) according to the requirements of the governmental Epidemic Prevention and Control Command. Players shall abide by the rules of the Organizing Committee and comply with the epidemic prevention and control arrangements of the Organizing Committee.
