First check whether your Luyou belt has a speed limiting function
If so. The setting method is as follows
1. First log in to the IPCOM wireless router
2. Enter the broadband control column
3. Enable bandwidth control: turn on and off the intranet IP bandwidth control function. Default is off.
Interface: Enter the actual upload bandwidth and download bandwidth of the WAN port.
Service: Select the service type for traffic restriction. Such as HTTP service.
IP address: The host IP address range for flow control, which can be a single IP or an IP segment.
Speed ??limiting direction: For the speed limiting direction applied to each IP within the IP address range, you can select only the upload direction and download direction.
Bandwidth range: The minimum to maximum data traffic allowed to be uploaded/downloaded by hosts within the specified IP range, in KByte/s. The upload/download limit must not exceed the bandwidth limit of the WAN port.
Enable: Enable the current editing rule. If not selected, although this rule exists, it will not be enabled.
Add to list: After editing is completed, click the "Add to list" button to add the currently edited bandwidth control rule to the rule table.
Save: The currently edited rule will not take effect until the user clicks "Save".
Restore: After the user clicks "Restore", all operations since the last "Save" are abandoned.
Allows operations such as deleting and modifying previously configured rules in the table.
