But there are cases where a sergeant can be captured to form a position where a single knight wins over a single sergeant

For example

1. Knight nine into eight? Sze 5 to 6

2.? Knight 8 to 7? General 5 to 1

3.? The knight 4 into 1? General 5 to 1

4.? Knight seven into eight? Swords 6 into 5

5.? The knight is four to one. The knight's 5 retreats to 4

6. Knight 8 to 6
