Jia Funing: male, born in 1968, a senior engineer, is currently the secretary of the Party Committee of the Company, the secretary of the Party Committee and the chairman of the board of directors of Qingdao Port (Group) Company Limited ("Qingdao Port Group"). Mr. Jia was a cadre and technician of Qingdao Commodity Housing Development and Operation Company from July 1988 to July 1989 and from July 1989 to March 1990, respectively. From March 1990 to December 1992, Mr. Jia served as a technician of Qingdao Urban Construction Comprehensive Development Management Office. Mr. Jia served as an assistant engineer, an engineer and the director of the budget and finance department (at the deputy department level) of the Qingdao Urban Construction Comprehensive Development Management Office from December 1992 to November 1995, from November 1995 to April 1996 and from April 1996 to September 2001, respectively, and the director of the planning and finance (audit) department of Qingdao Municipal Construction Commission from September 2001 to December 2003, respectively. （From September 2001 to December 2003, Mr. Jia was the Director of the Planning and Finance (Audit) Division of Qingdao Construction Commission. From December 2003 to December 2006, Mr. Jia served as the Director of the Urban Construction Division of Qingdao Municipal Construction Commission (during which time he served as the Deputy General Director of Qingdao Fushan New District Development and Construction Command from April 2004 to May 2005). From December 2006 to November 2008, Mr. Jia served as the vice mayor of Shibei District People's Government of Qingdao, and from November 2008 to December 2009, he served as the deputy director and a member of the Party committee of Qingdao Construction Commission, and from December 2009 to April 2012, he served as the deputy director and a member of the Party committee of Qingdao Urban and Rural Construction Commission. Mr. Jia served as the executive deputy general director of the Qingdao Metro Project Construction Command from April 2012 to December 2019, and served as the deputy director of the office of the Qingdao Metro Project Construction Command and deputy secretary of the Party Group (presiding over the work) from April 2012 to January 2013, and served as the director of the office of the Qingdao Metro Project Construction Command from January 2013 to December 2019, Secretary of the Party Group. Mr. Jia served as the chairman of the board of directors of Qingdao Metro Group Co., Ltd. from January 2013 to December 2019, and the deputy secretary of the party committee and the secretary of the party committee of Qingdao Metro Group Co. Mr. Jia graduated from Tianjin University with a master's degree in business administration and technical economics.
