Personal sensitive information includes identity document numbers, personal biometric information, bank account numbers, communication records and content, property information, credit information, whereabouts, accommodation information, health and physiological information, transaction information, and personal information of children under 14 years old. Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that may jeopardize the safety of persons and property if leaked, illegally provided or misused, and is highly likely to lead to damage to a person's reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. The Guidelines for the Protection of Personal Information in Information Security Technology Public **** and Commercial Service Information Systems stipulate that personal information shall be handled for a specific, clear and reasonable purpose, that the consent of the subject of the personal information shall be obtained with the knowledge of the subject of the personal information, and that the personal information shall be deleted after the purpose of the use of the personal information has been achieved.
