1. Please log in to your Personal Palm Bank APP, and click All→Assistant→Personal Credit Report on the homepage. View and sign the inquiry authorization agreement, fill in the e-mail address for receiving credit reports, pass the identity verification and trigger the credit report inquiry.
2. Please go to the local People's Bank of China to inquire or register on the Internet through the "Personal Credit Information Service Platform" of the Credit Reference Center of the People's Bank of China to inquire.
3. If there is a local self-service query machine, you can also query through the self-service query machine.
You can query the corporate credit report through the following channels:
1. Corporate Internet Banking:
(1) Corporate contractors log in to the corporate Internet banking, click on Service Center→Corporate Credit Report→Opening Business to open the business.
(2) After the business is opened, click Service Center→Corporate Credit Report→Inquiry Report to apply for inquiry.
(3) After successful inquiry, click "Download Report" to download the credit report.
2. Corporate PDA:
(1) Corporate contractors log in to the Corporate PDA APP and click All Services→Value-added Services→Credit Report→Open Query on the homepage to open the service.
(2) After the business is opened, click "Apply for Inquiry" to apply for inquiry.
(3) After successful inquiries, you can download the credit report (Apple phones only support viewing).
Tips:
1. This service requires you to sign the "Authorization Letter for Online Signing of Enterprise Financial Service Platform" with the Bank.
2. The inquiry is not subject to counter opening hours and is free of charge.
3. Inquiries are limited to 1 per day, no more than 3 per month and no more than 12 per year.
4. The Bank does not view or use the contents of the credit report and caches the report for 7 days after checking so that you can view and download it.
5. After viewing or downloading the report, please pay attention to the protection of information on your credit report.
