How to apply

Citizens can obtain their "Suishen Code" through the "Suishenban" mobile APP or Alipay, WeChat mini program and "Healthy Cloud" platform.

Citizens who enter Shanghai from other places must fill in the health registration form for persons entering Shanghai in accordance with regulations. If they have not applied for residence registration, they must also go to the public security department of the city's place of residence to apply for residence registration.

If citizens have objections to the "Suishen Code" they applied for, they can apply for verification online through the "Suishenban" mobile terminal or the "Healthy Cloud" platform.

Coding issues

The coding work of "Suishen Code" is the result of coordinated management by various departments in Shanghai Municipality and District.

In accordance with the coding rules, the Shanghai Big Data Center comprehensively uses data from various departments at the Shanghai municipal level, data reported by each district, and data shared by the national platform. If Shanghai citizens are interested in coding If you have any doubts, you can make a telephone appeal through the "12345" citizen hotline, or make an online appeal through the "Suibi".

Submit the information in "Suishen Code" and "I Want to Appeal". After clicking "Submit", you can view the corresponding code reason and submit accurate and detailed materials for appeal.

For example, for red codes displayed as "confirmed cases" and "asymptomatic infected persons", the discharge certificate can be uploaded, and the Shanghai Big Data Center will transcode it after verification.
