The Action Plan on "Industrial Internet + Safe Production" proposes that by the end of 2023, the development pattern of industrial Internet and safe production synergy will be basically formed, so as to realize the development of new types of capabilities such as rapid sensing, real-time monitoring, advance warning, linkage disposal and systematic evaluation of "Industrial Internet + Safe Production", enhance digital management, network synergy, intelligent management and control, and form a perfect industrial support and service system, so as to realize the development of enterprises with high quality, sustainable and safer development.
The action plan points out the focus on building new infrastructure " two platforms and a center " that is, industry sub-centers, industrial Internet safety production supervision platform and data support platform, through the application of industrial Internet technology and analysis of data optimization and other technologies and means to achieve the production of safety supervision. And build five new types of capabilities:
1. Real-time monitoring. Promote equipment and systems on the cloud and platform to realize all-round real-time monitoring of enterprise production.
2. Rapid sensing. Apply intelligent sensing, measuring instruments, edge computing and other technologies to realize all-element information collection
3. System evaluation. Develop assessment models and toolsets based on industrial Internet to realize systematic assessment of safety production.
4. Early warning. Construct risk and failure characteristics library, and apply big data analysis to realize accurate prediction and intelligent early warning.
5. Joint disposal. Construction and use of emergency drills, disposal plan library, to enhance the application of disposal of scientific, accurate and rapid response.
