I. Preparation before the examination

1. Candidates must carefully read the previous "Shanxi Province 2022 National Master's Degree Admission Examination Epidemic Prevention and Control Reminder", download and print the "Shanxi Province 2022 National Master's Degree Admission Examination Candidates' Health Condition Monitoring Sheet", and, starting from December 11th, fill in the individual's daily temperature and other health conditions truthfully and sign the commitment, and hand it to the invigilator when entering the examination hall for the first examination. When you enter the examination room, hand over to the invigilator, otherwise you will not be allowed to take the examination.

2. It is recommended that all candidates at this examination center should not leave the same city or town from December 11 to December 27, especially not to cities with medium and high risk areas and cities with local cases. Our fresh candidates should try not to leave the campus within 14 days before the examination and avoid too much contact with people outside the campus. Candidates who are still out of town, especially those from other provinces, are advised to return to Jin and Tong in a timely manner so that they will not be unable to return to the school for the examination due to possible changes in the epidemic situation during their stay out of town and other reasons such as encountering the necessary measures to control the movement of people in the location. Candidates must pay attention to personal hygiene and protection, and try to avoid going to crowded places and areas.

3. According to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control in our province, within 14 days of the history of domestic high-risk areas of travel Jin Jin Jin Jin people strictly implement "14 days?3 times nucleic acid test" (hereinafter the same) centralized isolation and medical observation; within 14 days of the history of domestic medium-risk areas of travel Jin Jin Jin Jin people implement The "14-3" home isolation medical observation is implemented; the "7-2" home isolation medical observation is implemented for those who have a history of living in other low-risk areas in the city where the medium and high-risk areas are located within 14 days. Before returning to the same school, all the above persons should take the initiative to report to the school's colleges and the Department of Graduate Studies, and the Department of Graduate Studies, in conjunction with the university's epidemic prevention and control department, will coordinate with the local disease control department to arrange for isolation and observation. When entering the first examination, the above persons must provide the notification letter of lifting control measures issued by the local epidemic prevention and control department or the community and the 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate in order to take the examination.

4. Candidates who have been to foreign countries or areas at high risk of domestic epidemic within 14 days before the examination, or candidates with abnormal health code or big data trip card, candidates with fever (temperature ≧ 37.3 ℃), fatigue, coughing, dyspnea, diarrhea and other symptoms within 14 days before the examination, and candidates with other physical abnormalities, shall take the initiative to report to the university application point by phone and explain the situation 5 days before the examination, and the health department will comprehensively study and determine the situation. The health department will make a comprehensive study to assess whether they can participate in the examination normally.

5. In the case of an epidemic that prevents a candidate from arriving at the university's test center, the candidate must report the situation to the university's test center at the first opportunity.

6. Candidates who are in the province and city but have not resided on campus for a long time 14 days before the examination (excluding those who reside on campus but have been approved to go out temporarily due to special needs) shall provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours and have the staff check the health code, itinerary card, and the 14-day temperature monitoring form before entering the university to take the examination. Candidates who live on-campus and are temporarily away from home and return to school before the examination to take the examination may enter the school with an approved certificate of temporary absence from the college or school and be admitted after checking the health code, trip card, and 14-day temperature monitoring form by a staff member.

7. Candidates are advised to go to the examination independently, prepare masks (disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks) in advance, and try to avoid congregating at the entrance of the examination center or examination area. In the process of taking the test, the candidates from the residence to the test site on the way to take strict protective measures to do between the accommodation and the test site "two points, one line", not to participate in the test has nothing to do with the gathering of activities.

Second, the entrance check

1. Candidates must arrive at the test center (Shanxi Datong University Yudong Campus) at least one hour in advance, leaving enough time to cooperate with the staff of the test center to carry out verification. Candidates residing on-campus must provide in advance a health code, a Big Data trip card, an examination pass, a valid ID card, and a temperature monitoring form for the candidate; candidates not residing on-campus must also provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours; candidates with abnormal trip cards must also provide a letter of notification of the lifting of control measures issued by the local epidemic prevention and control department or the community, as well as proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

2. Candidates shall provide their own masks, and in addition to removing the masks as required when entering the examination room for identity verification, they shall wear masks throughout the process of entering and exiting the examination center and examination room, but the masks shall not affect their identity recognition. After entering the examination room and taking a seat, you can decide on your own whether or not to continue to wear a mask, and it is recommended that you wear a mask throughout.

3. Candidates must take the initiative to cooperate with the body temperature test, body temperature below 37.3 ℃ before entering the test center, abnormal temperature candidates must follow the arrangements of the staff, by the medical professionals on-site temperature review, is still not normal, by the health sector to conduct a professional assessment of the research and judgment, and then listen to the staff to arrange for access to the alternate segregated examination room test.

4. Before the start of the first examination, the candidate will submit his/her signed "Candidate Temperature Monitoring Form" to the invigilator.

Three, the test requirements

1. Examination process fever, coughing and other respiratory symptoms, should be promptly reported to the invigilator, by the site health professionals to assess, comprehensive research and judgment of whether to participate in the examination conditions, and cooperate with the staff in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work disposal.
