The national management system of secondary vocational schools is not filled in by the office as a whole. The national secondary vocational school management information system is the core component of the national education management information system, which will cover all levels of education administrative departments and every approved secondary vocational school. By unifying the information system platform and data standards, the user's data maintenance and management authority is planned at different levels, and the functions of normalized data collection, standardized management, monitoring and early warning, statistical analysis and so on are provided around the daily management of secondary vocational schools, such as comprehensive information, school monitoring, party building work, moral education, integration of production and education, teaching management, internship training, employment and entrepreneurship, vocational training and vocational education publicity. After the system is completed, it will effectively and orderly realize the optimization and integration of the national secondary vocational education information system, promote the realization of a data source, open up data islands and deepen the application of education big data, which is conducive to standardizing the national secondary vocational school education and teaching system, with wide coverage, large data volume, high visits and strong technical construction work, and needs to ensure normal operation. All localities should establish a working mechanism led by the administrative department of education, with the participation of relevant departments such as finance and information, and co-ordinate related work. The provincial education administrative departments should set up a work leading group with the participation of relevant departments such as vocational education, planning, finance, enrollment, education informatization, etc., and be specifically responsible for the system construction, deployment, training, funding guarantee, user management, data sharing, data collection, system application, operation and maintenance of the province (autonomous regions and municipalities). All localities should formulate detailed rules or measures for the implementation of the work in light of local conditions, clarify the division of tasks and time arrangements of various departments, and ensure the smooth progress of the construction work.
