Chapter IV Admission
Article IX of the school enrollment work by the principal directly under the leadership of the school enrollment office is responsible for specific work. The enrollment work carries out the principle of fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, and merit-based admission.

Article 11 of the physical examination standards in accordance with the "general college admissions physical examination guidelines" and the relevant provisions of the provincial and municipal recruitment offices, the physical examination is not qualified for admission.
Article XII General Rules of Admission: The admission policies and relevant regulations formulated by the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Education Examination Office will be implemented conscientiously, and the candidates will be admitted on the basis of their scores in the college entrance examination and their volunteers, and will be admitted on the basis of merit from the highest to the lowest scores.
1. Admission is based on the parallel voluntary filing method. Admission is based on the principle of giving priority to the results of the college entrance examination and following the principle of volunteering. If there are insufficient students on the line, the admission score line can be appropriately lowered with the approval of the Provincial Education and Examination Institute; all the enrollment majors of the University do not set up the gradient and gradient level difference.

3. There is no restriction on the ratio of male to female students in each major. There is no limitation of foreign language for all majors, but the University only provides English teaching.
4. Candidates who meet the conditions for filing for extra points or reduced points will be admitted according to the regulations of the enrollment authorities of the provinces and cities where the students originate from.
Article 13 The University will issue admission notices to the new students once the list of candidates to be admitted is finalized and approved by the Provincial Education Examination Institute.
Article XIV Once admitted, the new students shall report to the university within the specified time. Those who fail to report to the school after the specified time shall be dealt with in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities".
Article 15 The university allocates special funds for rewarding and subsidizing students according to a certain percentage of their tuition fees, and implements the "Tuition Reduction and Exemption", "Scholarships for Outstanding Students", and "Work and Thrift" scholarships. The university has implemented the "tuition fee exemption and deferment", "excellent student scholarship", "work and thrift" and other awards and subsidies for students; students with good academic performance and family difficulties are eligible for national scholarships; students with special difficulties can apply for national student loans in accordance with the relevant regulations.
Article 16 The students will be awarded the certificate of graduation of higher education with the official seal of Fujian Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, and the electronic registration of the Ministry of Education will be implemented.

Chapter V By-laws
Article 19 This constitution applies only to the enrollment work of this year's higher vocational college entrance examination of our university. Previous provisions on enrollment are inconsistent with these articles, these articles shall prevail; if there is any inconsistency between these articles and the relevant policies of the state or the enrollment departments of the provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, the relevant policies of the state and the higher level shall prevail.
Article 20 This charter by the Fujian Agricultural Vocational and Technical College Admissions Office is responsible for interpretation.
