I don't think AI will be self-aware. This is because AI is based on data's to domesticate model models for problem solving, based on big data to exhaust situations. Although the scenarios of data extracted from the amount of data may be more than every normal person has ever seen, AI is still essentially based on data as well as driven by powerful data processing capabilities, and it is difficult to cover scenarios outside of data. And all the models need to rely on human training, although very advanced, but the nature of this intelligence is not similar to the biological reaction and reflex of human beings, but the enumeration and exhaustion of big data. Therefore, artificial intelligence does not have self-awareness, it is still essentially the product of technology and data and human problem-solving thinking progress.
