The key is not which database you prefer, but which database is more hardcore and most commonly used. Besides, I don't think it's usually up to you to decide which database to choose, is it? These all work with c++. Generally speaking, it is still sql server and mysql that are used more, sql server is a harder backend, and mysql is free.
