1, Gulou District

Gulou District is bounded on the east by Zhongguang Road, Zhongshan Road, and Youshangcun Crossing, neighboring Xuanwu and Qixia districts, respectively; and on the south by Hanzhong Road, Hanzhongmen Avenue, and the western section of Jixingmen Avenue (west to Qinghe Road, east to the northern section of the planned Yanshan Road), neighboring Qinhuai District, respectively, Jianye District; and Pukou District to the west and north, bounded by the Yangtze River.

2, Xuanwu District

Xuanwu District east to Xianhemen, Dazhuzhuang, Maqun, and Qixia District, Jiangning District border; south to Zhongshan East Road, out of Zhongshanmen, to Cangbo Gate (Clover Garden, Houzhuang except), and Qinhuai District neighbors; west to Zhongshan Road, the entire line of the Central Road, and the Gulou District, across the street; north to the East Wellingtons, the first line of Xianhemen, and the Qixia District connection.

3, Qinhuai District

The new Qinhuai District borders Jiangning District Shangfang in the east, connects with Jianye District as far as the Outer Qinhuai River in the west, borders Xuanwu and Gulou Districts in the north by Zhongshan East Road and Hanzhong Road, and borders Yuhua East Road and Kazimen Street in the south with Yuhuatai District.
