As a newcomer to discipline inspection, improving one's professional capabilities is the most urgent thing at the moment. Laws and regulations such as the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China", "Supervision Law", "Regulations on Supervision and Discipline Enforcement" and other laws and regulations have become essential books on my desk.
Every time I have free time, I will take the initiative to turn a few pages. Through a period of study, I have enhanced my understanding of disciplinary inspection work. I realize that disciplinary inspectors must be loyal to their duties and abide by laws and regulations. I realize that disciplinary inspectors must be familiar with the business and have the ability to apply policies and investigate and collect evidence. Must consciously accept supervision.
Going to the community for inspections. According to the work arrangements of the town Commission for Discipline Inspection, I also began to participate in case investigation. We need to deal with the complaints and reports transferred by superiors, the clues to problems transferred by the public prosecutors and other units, and the clues to problems discovered in the supervision and inspection at the same level. "You must not make mistakes. The Discipline Inspection Commission must be careful and rigorous in its work." This is the sentence I hear most.
With the help of my colleagues, I read a large number of case files from previous years, and from the initial confusion to having a preliminary understanding of handling cases. In the future work, I will devote more seriousness and patience to make the work practical and detailed.
