The physical examination of the bank is based on civil service standards, and the specific aspects of the physical examination may be relatively strict. The following are the items and requirements of the bank physical examination:
Article 1 Organic heart disease such as rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease and congenital heart disease are not qualified. Those who do not need surgery for congenital heart disease or those who have been cured by surgery shall be qualified.
In case of one of the following conditions, pathological changes are excluded and the patient is qualified:
(a) murmur on cardiac auscultation;
(b) frequent preterm contraction;
(c) heart rate of less than 50 beats per minute or more than 110 beats per minute;
(d) other conditions of abnormalities in electrocardiogram.
Article 2 Blood pressure within the following ranges, pass: systolic blood pressure less than 140 mmHg; diastolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg.
Article 3 Blood system diseases, fail. Simple iron deficiency anemia with hemoglobin higher than 90g/L for men and 80g/L for women, pass.
Article 4 Tuberculosis is not qualified. However, the following are qualified:
(1) primary tuberculosis, secondary tuberculosis, tuberculous pleurisy, those who are stable for 1 year without change after clinical cure;
(2) extra-pulmonary tuberculosis: renal tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, peritoneal tuberculosis, lymphatic tuberculosis, etc., those who have no recurrence for 2 years after clinical cure, and those who have no change after examination by specialized hospitals.
Article 5 Chronic bronchitis with obstructive emphysema, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, failed.
Title VI Chronic pancreatitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and other serious chronic digestive diseases, not qualified. Those without serious complications after subtotal gastrectomy are qualified.
Article 7 All kinds of acute and chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver, not qualified.
Article VIII Malignant tumors, disqualified.
Article 9 Nephritis, chronic pyelonephritis, polycystic kidney, and renal insufficiency, fail.
Article 10 Endocrine system diseases such as diabetes mellitus, uremia, acromegaly, etc., fail. Those who are free of symptoms and signs for 1 year after the cure of hyperthyroidism are qualified.
Article 11 Those who have a history of epilepsy, psychosis, hysteria, nocturnal wanderings, severe neurosis (frequent headache and dizziness, insomnia, significant memory loss, etc.), and psychoactive substance abuse and dependence shall be disqualified.
Article 12 Lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis and/or polymyositis, scleroderma, polyarteritis nodosa, rheumatoid arthritis and other kinds of diffuse connective tissue diseases, aortitis, fail.
Article XIII Advanced schistosomiasis, advanced hemosiderosis with erosions or with celiac disease, fails.
Article XIV Skull defects, intracranial foreign body retention, craniosynostosis, post-traumatic brain syndrome, fail.
Article XV Severe chronic osteomyelitis, failure.
Article XVI Third-degree simple goiter, failure.
Article XVII Gallstones or urinary stones with obstruction, fail.
Article 18 Gonorrhea, syphilis, soft chancre, venereal lymphogranuloma, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, AIDS, fail.
Article 19 Those who have the corrected visual acuity of both eyes lower than 4.8 (fractional visual acuity 0.6), those who are blind in one eye and have the corrected visual acuity of the other eye lower than 4.9 (fractional visual acuity 0.8), and those who have eye diseases with obvious visual impairment shall be disqualified.
Article 20: Those who have hearing impairment in both ears and cannot hear the whispering in both ears within 3 meters with the use of artificial hearing devices shall be disqualified.
Article 21 Other serious diseases that are not included in the physical examination criteria and affect the normal performance of duties shall be disqualified.
