Lantu stamping workshop has a high-speed synchronized stamping line with mixed steel and aluminum production function, which ranks among the world's top in terms of flexibility, refinement and high efficiency, with a production speed of 7 seconds for 1 piece, and the maximum can be up to 4 seconds/piece. Compared with the traditional high-speed stamping line, Arato's stamping workshop has a series of advanced technologies. The tensioning system adopts the world's top CNC hydraulic pad technology, which is more conducive to the molding of the parts, and can control the error of different processes to the lowest level (0.1mm) to ensure the production is accurate, stable and efficient. Lantu's painting workshop adopts the top brand water-based paint materials for fully automatic painting, and realizes fully automatic laser punching, supports customized production of 6 colors, and guarantees high-end quality with the unique VES and the strict and exquisite quality evaluation system. The advanced and fully-automated painting process strictly controls the dust particles within 5 microns, which not only makes the vehicle appearance full, transparent, bright and vivid, but also has excellent scratch and aging resistance. The fully-automated resin workshop is equipped with the world's largest tonnage 3300T twin-screw injection molding machine, which is capable of efficiently and quickly switching between bumper and wing molding.

As the last process of automobile manufacturing, Aratao's final assembly workshop can connect the front-end sales and production back-end data to realize fully digitalized operation, including the software version of the whole vehicle, configuration, functions and abnormal or normal conditions of the whole vehicle can be 100% traceable.
