School Introduction:

Henan Forestry Vocational College is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Henan Province and recorded by the Ministry of Education, which is the designated college for IT vocational and technical education project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the first batch of industry demonstration vocational schools in Henan Province.

Founded in 1951, covering an area of more than 300 acres, it is located in Luoyang City, the thousand-year-old imperial capital and peony city, and is one of the five earliest forestry schools in China. Over the past 60 years, it has trained more than 30,000 graduates for Henan Province and the whole country, and many of them have now become party and government leaders and cadres at the provincial, municipal and county levels, or have been engaged in the backbone of education and scientific research.

In 2002, approved by the People's Government of Henan Province, Henan University of Science and Technology Forestry Vocational College was established on the basis of Henan Forestry School, which enrolls senior and intermediate students for the whole province, with nearly 6,000 full-time students and more than 960 students enrolled in undergraduate correspondence education.
