In LMTOOLS, click the start/stop/reread tab >; Start the server.
Return to the Server Status tab and click Perform Status Query to confirm that the license is now available.
If you receive this error again, the configuration of the service may be incorrect. Check and correct the configuration as needed.
On the Configure Services tab, confirm that all three paths have been entered correctly and that the Use Services option is turned on.
Correct any errors in the service configuration, and then click Save Service.
On the start/stop/reread tab of LMTOOS, click Start Server.
Return to the Server Status tab and click Perform Status Query to confirm that the license is now available.
note:
Some earlier versions of FLEXlm do not force the specification of debug log files when configuring services. Now, only by specifying these files can Network License Manager run successfully.
If you still receive the same error when performing a Status Query, there may be other conflicts with the license server that need to be resolved.
