Vietnam is the strongest.

It is equipped with more than 240 combat aircraft of various types such as MiG-21Bis, MiG-23M, Su-27SK/UBK fighter/strong fighter, Su-22, Su-30MK2, Mi-24 helicopter gunships and so on.
