The development of the company is divided into three stages:
The first stage (estimated to be two years): aiming at the pain points of extensive management, low efficiency, unstable safety and reliability, high labor cost, etc. of customers' power system, an online platform for energy management is built. Through the way of Internet of Things+Big Data+Communication, remote centralized management, remote fault diagnosis, data analysis, dispatching and command are carried out through the online platform, and then consultation, emergency repair and intelligent operation and maintenance are carried out through the offline background service team. That is, "online to offline" innovative operation and maintenance mode, so as to maximize safety and reliability, reduce operation and maintenance costs, improve management efficiency and enhance customer experience! Through simple services, achieve the ultimate standard, quickly occupy the customer market, and accumulate user volume and operational data;
The second stage: increase R&D investment, based on massive customer data, deeply study customer demand and industry data model, combine customer format, production and operation management, build core products with independent intellectual property rights and Internet of Things software platform, enhance customer stickiness through big data processing, mining technology and artificial intelligence technology, truly make customers inseparable from us, truly grow with customers and bring value to customers!

1. Market capacity: At present, there are 1 10000 special transformers in Fuzhou. According to the service cost of 20,000 yuan per special transformer, it is conservatively estimated that Fuzhou market alone has a total market capacity of 2.2 billion service output value every year!
Everyone discussed that the pace should not be too fast, and we should focus on building our own background service capabilities. Start with consultation, emergency repair, operation and maintenance, and establish market reputation! First, set the output value target and pay attention to the number of customers.
Within half a year, 10 customers signed the contract! In 20 17 years, a total of 100 users have deep links with us (standards: consultation, on-site visit, making plans, and handling problems free of charge);

Construction of the background service architecture: including the writing of the company's service content, mode and standard system, the demand plan (architecture) of the background service personnel, the division of labor and work content of the emergency repair team, the standard menu design of service products (consultation, emergency repair, operation and maintenance), and the application for 400 telephones, etc.
