According to the spirit of the working conference of the city's trade associations, in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Open Recruitment of Staff in Zibo Municipal Institutions (Zi Bian Ban [2006] No.64) and the Notice on Issues Concerning the Open Recruitment of Staff in Municipal Institutions (Zi Ren Fa [2007]128), combined with the actual situation of various trade associations, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology,

I. Recruitment scope, positions and quantity

The scope of this recruitment is industrial enterprises in Shandong Province. For the specific recruitment positions (majors) and the number, please refer to the Open Recruitment Staff (majors) Table of Zibo Trade Associations (Annex 1).

Second, the conditions for recruiting personnel

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, have high moral character, be decent, have high prestige among the masses and have good professional ethics;

2. Those who are under 35 years old (1 born after April 1974 1) and have corresponding professional and technical positions can be relaxed to 37 years old (1born after April 1972/);

3. Have a bachelor's degree or above and a bachelor's degree or above;

4. Meet the professional requirements of the post and have more than 5 years of corresponding professional work experience;

5, physical and mental health, in line with other conditions required for the post.

Third, the recruitment method

(1) Registration and qualification examination

3. Registration method and qualification examination: applicants log on to the website of Zibo Human Resources and Social Security Network (www.zbrs.gov.cn) or the website of Zibo Economic and Information Commission (www.iicn.com), download and fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff of Zibo Industry Association (see Annex 2), and the letter of introduction and corresponding work experience certificate, ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate and professional and technical post qualification certificate (original and photocopy) issued by the unit with personnel management right.

Applicants can entrust others to register on their behalf, but they must provide all the registration materials.

Examining the qualifications of applicants at the time of registration. The main contents of qualification examination are: whether the applicants meet the recruitment scope and conditions, and whether the majors they have studied meet the requirements of the positions reported. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process.

The time and place of receiving the admission ticket will be notified separately.

(B) Examination content and methods

The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview.

1, written test

The written test subject is the basic knowledge of public education. It mainly tests the basic knowledge and comprehensive writing of laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current political policies, public management and so on. The written test time is executed according to the time specified in the admission ticket.

The minimum qualified score line is set for the written test, which is determined according to the number of applicants and the examination situation.

According to the written test results and the recruitment plan of 1: 3, the list of interviewers is determined from high score to low score.

Step 2 interview

The interview mainly evaluates the theoretical accomplishment, thinking ability, professional knowledge, professional ability and language expression ability of the candidates. The interview adopts a structured interview method, and the average score is calculated and scored by removing a score and a minimum score from each evaluation element.

After the interview, according to the ratio of 50% of the written test and 50% of the interview results, the total test scores of the applicants are calculated. The written test, interview and total score are scored with a percentage system, accurate to two decimal places.

(3) Examination and physical examination

According to the total score of the examination, the personnel who enter the examination and physical examination range are determined according to the ratio of high score to low score 1: 1.5. According to the relevant regulations of recruiters in public institutions, the candidates are assessed and reviewed in equal amount according to the recruitment positions and the total scores of exams from high to low. Candidates who apply for the same post (major) and have the same total test scores will be given priority in the examination and physical examination to those who have obtained professional and technical positions. If the professional and technical posts remain unchanged, the personnel who enter the examination scope shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low. Those who fail the examination and physical examination can be replenished from those who have entered the examination and physical examination scope of the same post (major) according to the total score from high score to low score.

The assessment content is the comprehensive performance of the candidates in the original unit. It mainly includes ideological and political performance, moral quality, ability and quality, work performance, law-abiding and whether it is necessary to avoid it. Assessment can take the form of consulting files (original records), holding symposiums and individual interviews.

Physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the competent department in general hospitals at or above the county level. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. The medical examination time will be announced separately.

(4) Publicity and admission

Those who pass the examination, assessment and physical examination will be publicized for seven days. If the publicity is qualified and meets the employment conditions, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will issue the Notice of Recruiters in Institutions. After the employee goes through the relevant filing procedures, the legal representative of the recruiting unit or its client signs an employment contract with the employee to establish the personnel relationship.

The probation period for new employees is 6 months. Those who have completed the probation period will continue to be employed and enjoy all the welfare benefits of their units. If the probation period fails, the employment contract shall be terminated.

If the hired personnel need to transfer or change the household registration relationship, they can go through the formalities of household registration transfer or change in accordance with relevant regulations after the probation period expires.

Four. Organize implementation and supervision
