Guiyang, abbreviated as "Chiku", also known as Lin Cheng and Chiku Cheng, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guizhou Province, the capital of the province, and an important central city in the southwest. It is located in the central part of the Qianzhong Mountains, bordering on the southeast with urnan, Longli, Huishui and Changshun counties, on the west with Pingba District in Anshun and Zijin County in Bijie, and on the north with Qianxi County, Jinsha County and Baozhou District in Bijie.
