I, the object of registration

Two, registration time

The enrollment examination institute (enrollment office) of each district city can make specific arrangements for the registration time according to the local situation and announce it to the candidates, but the deadline must be implemented in accordance with the above provisions.

School registration outside the region and actually studying in the school registration of Guangxi students (except for household registration from the provinces moved into the region), must understand whether to meet the local conditions for application, for not meet the local conditions for application to return to the region to apply for the examination, in principle, should be in the region before the deadline for registration in the registration of the place of residence to enroll. Three, the conditions of registration

(a) Persons who meet the following conditions may register for the general college entrance examination.

1. abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;

2. graduate from a senior secondary education school or have the same academic ability;

3. be in good health;

4. have their household accounts registered in the region for the first time after birth and their household accounts still in the region at the time of registration for the general college entrance examination.

The children of migrant workers who fulfill the conditions of points 1-3 above and the persons who have moved in with their household registration and school registration from other provinces (hereinafter referred to as foreigners), if they meet the requirements of the General Office of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region for transmitting the "Notice on the Opinions of the Children of the Migrant Workers who have Moved with their Household Registration and the Persons who Have Moved in with their Household Registration and School Registration from Other Provinces to Participate in the Examination for University Admission in Guangxi" (No. 330 of Gui Zhengban Fa [2012]) from the Office of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region As well as the relevant provisions of the Enrollment and Examination Committee of the Autonomous Region and the Department of Education's Implementing Rules on the Participation of Children of Migrant Workers and People with Household Registration from Outside Provinces in the General College Entrance Examination in Guangxi (Gui Enrollment and Examination Committee 〔2013〕 No.32), they can enroll for the unified examination of the general college entrance examination in our region. Foreign nationals who satisfy the conditions of points 1-3 above and have settled in Guangxi, and who hold a Certificate of Permanent Residence for Foreigners of the People's Republic of China*** and the State of China issued by the public security organs of the autonomous region, may enroll for the general college entrance examination in our region.

Candidates applying for enrollment in the examinations for guaranteed admission, special education (disabled students), separate enrollment for athletic training, separate enrollment for wushu and traditional national sports, high-level athletes (exempted from the part of the unified examination of the general college entrance examination), and vocational education teacher classes must meet the conditions for application for the unified examination of the general college entrance examination mentioned above as well as the other conditions stipulated for the corresponding types of examinations and enrollment.

(2) Those who meet the following conditions may apply for independent enrollment for higher vocational counterparts in secondary schools.

1. abiding by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;

2. graduating from a secondary vocational school in the region (including general secondary schools, secondary teachers, vocational secondary schools, vocational high schools, technical schools, etc., hereinafter referred to as secondary schools) or being a second-year student in a secondary school in the region other than a technical school, or obtaining a diploma of an out-of-region secondary school prior to the deadline for enrollment in the general college entrance examination;

3. Be in good health;

4. Have their first household registration in the district after birth and have their household registration still in the district at the time of registration for the general college entrance examination.

Foreigners who satisfy the conditions of points 1-3 above and foreign nationals who hold the Certificate of Permanent Residence for Foreigners of the People's Republic of China*** and the State of China issued by the public security organs of the autonomous region and who have settled in Guangxi, and who belong to the graduates of secondary schools within the region or the second-year students of the secondary schools within the region, are not subject to the restriction of the place of household registration as well as the work, residence and years of service of their parents (or legal guardian) and are entitled to enrol for the higher education examination. Independent enrollment of secondary school counterparts; those who have obtained graduation certificates from secondary schools outside the district before the deadline for application for the General College Entrance Examination, if they have permanent residence in the district, they are not subject to the restriction on the number of years they have moved into the district by their own household registration, as well as the work, residence and years of service of their parents (or legal guardians), and they can enroll in independent enrollment of higher vocational counterparts in secondary schools. Fresh graduates and second-year students of secondary schools outside the district are not eligible to apply for the 2020 independent enrollment of higher vocational counterparts in secondary schools in the district.

Candidates applying for independent enrollment for undergraduate counterparts in secondary schools must meet the above conditions for independent enrollment for higher vocational counterparts in secondary schools and other conditions for enrollment stipulated for independent enrollment for undergraduate counterparts in secondary schools in the district in 2020 (to be announced in a separate document), of which outsiders must meet the conditions for applying for the unified examination of the common college entrance examination at the same time.

(3) Those who meet the following conditions may enroll in the separate enrollment for higher vocational colleges and universities in the Region.

1. abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;

2. graduate from a senior secondary education school or have the same academic ability;

3. be in good health;

4. have a permanent household registration in the region.

Ex-servicemen, laid-off unemployed persons, migrant workers and new vocational farmers (hereinafter referred to as the four categories of persons) who meet the above conditions can enroll in the separate enrollment for higher vocational colleges and universities in the region. Foreigners who satisfy the above conditions are not subject to the conditions of their school registration and their parents' (or legal guardians') work, residence and years of experience to apply for individual enrollment in higher vocational colleges and universities in the region. Foreign nationals and foreigners whose hukou has not been moved to the region may also apply for individual enrollment in higher vocational institutions in the region if they meet the conditions listed herein for application for the unified examination of the general college entrance examination.

(4) Retired soldiers who meet the following conditions may apply for enrollment in the specialized examination for retired soldiers.

1. abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;

2. have a graduation degree from an ordinary institution of higher education;

3. be in good health;

4. have a permanent household registration in the region;

5. have been withdrawn from active service prior to the deadline for enrollment.

(5) The following people are not allowed to apply.

1. Students enrolled in ordinary schools of higher education with qualifications for higher academic education, or students who have been admitted to ordinary schools of higher education and have retained their qualifications for enrollment;

2. Students enrolled in schools of higher secondary education who are not graduating in their current graduation year (except for candidates applying for the Junior Class and students enrolled in the second year of secondary schools in the district who apply for the independent enrollment of senior secondary school for secondary school counterpart)

3. Students who are enrolled in the schools of higher Graduates of secondary education who applied for the general college entrance examination by means of fraud and took the examination in violation of the law;

4. Those who have been suspended from taking the college entrance examination for violating the regulations of the national education examination and are within the suspension period;

5. Those who have been subjected to coercive measures by the relevant departments for violating the criminal law or those who are currently serving their sentences;

6. Those who have been suspended from taking the college entrance examination for violating the regulations of the national education examination in accordance with the regulations of the Gui Zhengban Fa [2012] No. 330 and Gui Recruitment and Examination Commission [2013] No. 32, foreigners who do not meet the conditions for applying for the examination in our region.

In addition, the autonomous region of outstanding students no longer have the qualification of guaranteed admission, the rest of the qualification of guaranteed admission in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education.

Four, registration location

(3) without the approval of the regional enrollment examination committee, the registration station shall not handle the registration procedures for candidates borrowed from other provinces.

(d) fresh graduates who meet the conditions for application, such as the school is the city, county-level enrollment office (Examination Yuan) set up registration station, you can enroll in our school. Without the authorization of the local municipal and county enrollment offices (Examination Yuan), secondary school enrollment station, secondary school enrollment station shall not receive non-school fresh graduates enrollment, other candidates in principle in the domicile of the municipal and county enrollment offices (Examination Yuan) enrollment.

(F) foreign nationals who meet the conditions for applying for the examination and have settled in Guangxi, holding the "Permanent Residence Permit for Foreigners of the People's Republic of China*** and the People's Republic of China" issued by the public security organs of the autonomous regions, will apply at the registration stations set up by the municipal and county-level enrollment offices (examination bureaus) in the cities and counties in which they currently reside.

V. Enrollment Methods

(1) Enrollment Process.

Candidates log on to the "Guangxi Admissions and Examinations Institute" website and click on the "system navigation - examination registration - 2020 General College Entrance Examination online registration system" to register. The first login user name is the candidate's valid resident identity card number, the initial password for the identity card number after four. After logging in for the first time, the system will ask the candidates to fill in their cell phone numbers and set their passwords according to the system prompts, after which a verification code will be sent to the cell phone number as a confirmation. The cell phone number will be automatically set as the candidate's first contact phone number and will be bound to the candidate's personal information. Candidates are requested to fill in their cell phone number correctly and keep the number uninterrupted from the time of registration to the time of reporting for admission to the university. Candidates who do not have a cell phone may fill in the cell phone number of a person who can contact the candidate in time, such as a parent or a class teacher. Candidates must remember the revised candidate password and keep it confidential and safe, which is both the login password for the registration system as well as the password for filling in the volunteers for the general college entrance examination and the password for information query (the password for information query is mainly used for querying the candidates' results, querying the information of physical examination, and printing the passes of the unified examination for art and sports). Candidates' passwords are the same as the last registration system login password set before the deadline for online registration. If candidates lose or forget their passwords after the deadline for registration, they can change their passwords by sending a verification code through the candidate's contact cell phone that they filled in during the online registration.

Online registration of the specific requirements and ways to fill in the details of Annex 1, 2. candidates online according to the requirements of truthfully fill in the relevant information, the system will be based on the subject of the examination statistics need to pay the fee to be paid by the candidates to the online payment, prompting the "payment success, waiting for the audit," that is, to complete the online registration. Completion of online registration of candidates must be enrolled in the city, county-level enrollment office (Examination Yuan) specified registration time to the appropriate registration station for on-site confirmation. Candidates are especially reminded that all examination subjects, including the General College Entrance Examination, Physical Education Entrance Examination, Art Entrance Examination, Oral Examination of Foreign Languages, and Specialized Education for Ex-servicemen, are paid online at the time of registration (i.e., before 17:30 on Nov. 15, 2019), and those who have not paid online are not allowed to participate in the on-site confirmation, and their registration will be invalidated. Candidates who have successfully made online payment can still modify their examination subjects before the on-site confirmation at the registration station, and if they need to make up for the application fee after the subject modification, they can make up for the fee directly in the registration system; if the application fee that has been paid is more than the amount that should actually be paid, the overpaid portion, upon verification by the Autonomous Region Admissions and Examinations Authority, will be returned to the original payment account before the Common Entrance Examination Unified Examination. Candidates will no longer be allowed to modify the examination subjects after their application information has been confirmed by the registration station. If a candidate's application for registration fails to be reviewed and approved, the relevant application fee will be returned to the original payment bank account by the Admissions and Examinations Authority of the Autonomous Region prior to the unified examination of the general college entrance examination.

The same candidate in the same year can only choose a registration station to participate in the ordinary college entrance examination registration. Once it is found that those who enroll in more than one station (including enrollment in more than one province, region or city at the same time) will be reported to the Ministry of Education for handling in accordance with the relevant regulations.

(2) Selection of examination subjects.

1. The subjects for the 2020 General College Entrance Examination in our region are set as "3+Small Comprehensive". Candidates applying for the unified examination of the general college entrance examination must determine their own examination subjects, and may choose "3 + Arts Comprehensive" or "3 + Science Comprehensive", and the two can not be enrolled in both.

2. Candidates applying for the arts and history, art (literature) class majors in the "Unified Examination Subjects" check "3 + Arts Comprehensive", the general college entrance examination subjects for the language, mathematics (literature), foreign languages and arts comprehensive, fill in the volunteer, the arts and history class Candidates can choose to report all the majors in the literature and history category; art (literature) candidates can choose to report all the majors in the literature and history category in addition to all the majors in the art (literature) category for which I have been qualified.

Candidates applying for majors in science and engineering, physical education and art (science) categories can check "3+Science Comprehensive" in "Subjects to be chosen for the unified examination", and the subjects of the unified examination for the general college entrance examination are language, mathematics (science), foreign language and science comprehensive, and when they fill in the application, they may choose to apply for all majors in science and engineering categories. Candidates for science and engineering can choose to apply for all majors in science and engineering; candidates for physical education can choose to apply for all majors in physical education and also all majors in science and engineering; candidates for art (science) can choose to apply for all majors in art (science) for which they have been qualified, and can also choose to apply for all majors in science and engineering.

3. Candidates applying for art (literature) or art (science) majors shall also apply for art professional exams, and those who pass the art professional exams shall be admitted according to the rules of filing and admission. The art professional examination is divided into the art unified examination organized by the region and the art professional examination (hereinafter referred to as the art school examination) organized by the ordinary schools of higher education. Candidates who take the Unified Examination for Fine Arts check the "Unified Examination for Fine Arts" logo in "Additional Subjects" and enter the corresponding page to choose the examination category and subjects, and the Unified Examination for Fine Arts in our region sets six examination categories: Fine Arts, Calligraphy, Music, Dance, Broadcasting and Hosting, Broadcasting, Film, Television and Television Choreography. Candidates who participate in the art school examination will apply to the enrollment institution that organizes the examination on their own with the online printout of the admission card for the art unified examination; candidates who do not participate in the art unified examination and only participate in the art majors that are not covered by the unified examination in the region can log on to the website of "Guangxi Admission and Examination Institute" with the user name and password used for online application and download the "Application Information Form" with the use of white paper of A4 size. 4. Candidates applying for sports majors should also participate in the sports majors region-wide unified examination registration, in the "additional subjects" check the "sports college entrance examination" logo, in 2020, the region's sports majors region-wide unified examination consists of physical and sports special parts, candidates check the physical and sports special parts, candidates check the physical and sports special parts. Candidates are invited to log on to the "2020 General College Entrance Examination Online Registration System" from December 1 to 11 to download and print their own personal passes. 5. Candidates applying for foreign language majors or majors requiring an oral examination in a foreign language should also register for an oral examination in a foreign language, in which the foreign language of English candidates in the "additional subjects" check the "oral examination in English" sign; foreign language other than English. 6. Candidates applying for the Specialized Education for Ex-servicemen, checking "Not to participate in the unified examination" in "Selected subjects for the unified examination", must also check "Extra subjects" in "Additional subjects", checking "Not to participate in the unified examination". The "Ex-servicemen's Specialized College Entrance Examination" must also be checked in the "Additional Subjects" section. 7. Candidates who only apply for the independent enrollment of higher-vocational counterparts and individual enrollment of higher-vocational institutions can check the box "do not participate in the unified examination" in the "unified examination optional subjects". (3) The materials to be submitted by the candidates at the time of on-site confirmation.

1. Identification materials.

(1) Candidates should submit their household registration books and valid resident identity cards. (2) Foreigners applying for registration for the general college entrance examination in the region must also provide relevant materials in accordance with the provisions of document No. 32 of the Gui Recruitment and Examination Commission [2013].

(3) Candidates applying for enrollment in the Specialized College Entrance Examination for Discharged Soldiers in the region must also submit their discharge certificates.

2. Documents proving academic qualifications and academic ability.

(1) In addition to high school and vocational school graduates and second-year students of vocational schools in the region who apply at the school's registration station, other candidates are required to provide academic certificates or certificates of academic ability, of which high school and vocational school graduates and second-year students of vocational schools in the region are responsible for the issuance of the certificate of academic ability by the school in which they are enrolled (the certificate must include the time of enrollment, whether or not they should be the graduating class of the students or second-year students, etc., and stamped with a certificate of academic ability). (The certificate must include the time of enrollment, whether it is a graduating student or a second-year student, etc., and be stamped with the school's official seal). (3) Fresh graduates and second-year students of secondary vocational schools in the region who do not enroll at the school's enrollment station must submit the "Guangxi Secondary Vocational Education Schools Enrollment Admission Concise Registration Form" in addition to the certificate of academic ability issued by the school in which they live (the certificate must include the time of enrollment, whether it is a recent graduating class of students or a second-year student, etc, and must be affixed with the school's official seal).

(4) Candidates applying for the specialization of retired soldiers must submit the certificate of graduation of the specialization of ordinary schools of higher education (higher vocational).

3. Documents proving the application for reasonable accommodation for candidates with disabilities.

Each municipal and county-level enrollment office (examination center) is responsible for accepting and reviewing formal applications submitted by candidates with disabilities taking the examination locally, and informing the candidates with disabilities that in order to avoid questioning by other candidates, the invigilator or the examination administrator will announce the manner in which and the reasons for the reasonable accommodations to be enjoyed by the candidates in the examination room where they are taking the examination prior to the examination. If the candidate agrees, an expert group consisting of professionals from relevant admission and examination agencies, federations of persons with disabilities, health and other relevant departments shall be led by the admission office (examination board) where the candidate is enrolled to carry out on-site confirmation of the identity and disability of the candidate with disabilities, and conduct a comprehensive assessment taking into account the degree of disability of the candidate with disabilities, his or her daily study situation, the application for reasonable accommodation, and the conditions of the examination organization, etc., and form a written Evaluation report. The Admissions and Examinations Office (Admissions Office) of each city in the region will summarize the copies of the "People's Republic of China Certificate for Persons with Disabilities" of all candidates with disabilities under its jurisdiction, the "Application Form for Reasonable Accommodation for Persons with Disabilities Applying for the 2020 Nationwide Unified Examination for Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges of Higher Learning", and the written evaluation report of the expert group, and then submit it to the Admissions and Examinations Office of the autonomous region for approval. Candidates who need to apply for reasonable accommodation due to sudden illness before the examination shall refer to the application procedure for candidates with disabilities for approval.

4. Proof of eligibility for additional points (required in a separate document) and proof of eligibility for special programs (see Annex 3 for details).

5. The four types of personnel shall submit the original and copies of the following corresponding types of qualification documents. Ex-servicemen must submit the veteran's certificate (rehabilitation certificate, discharge certificate, etc.) or the autonomous region's organization of "veterans and other preferential object information collection" work related to the identification of materials; laid-off unemployed people must submit the employment and entrepreneurship certificate; migrant workers must be submitted to the urban social security certificate or labor contract or any other more than six months of experience in the workplace. New professional farmers shall submit the training certificate of new professional farmers (including modern young farmers and agricultural professional managers). After summarizing the registration materials provided by the candidates, the enrollment departments at the municipal and county levels will, according to the declared categories of the candidates, send them to the local departments of human resources and social security, rural agriculture and retired military personnel for qualification examination and confirmation (among them, the materials of retired military personnel will be sent to the local department of veteran affairs; the materials of rural migrant workers and laid-off unemployed will be sent to the local department of human resources and social security; and the materials of new types of vocational farmers will be sent to the (local agricultural and rural departments).

(4) All candidates who apply for the general college entrance examination are required to collect the information contained in the chip of the valid resident's identity card and fingerprint information.

The main information of the candidates (including name, gender, nationality, date of birth, address, identity card number) is in principle based on the information exported from the valid resident's identity card; if the actual information is inconsistent with the information on the identity card, the candidates should produce a certificate from the public security department, and the enrollment and examination office of the municipal enrollment and examination center (enrollment office) of the district city will determine the change manually, and the enrollment and examination office of the place where the candidates are enrolled (examining institute) should urge the Candidates immediately to the public security department for the correction of a valid resident identity card.

Individual candidates in the ordinary college entrance examination registration is not a valid resident identity card or a valid resident identity card can not be read normally, shall be enrolled by two or more staff on the candidates online registration information entered into the verification. At the same time, candidates should immediately go to the public security department of the place of residence to apply for or replace a valid resident's identity card, and before March 9, 2020, the new valid resident's identity card will be handed over to the enrollment point to collect information, and the enrollment point must use the collected information of the valid resident's identity card and the original hand-entered information to be compared again. If a candidate fails to apply for or replace a valid resident's identity card within the specified time and hand it over to the enrollment point for collection, the consequences of any remaining problems will be borne by the candidate himself.

The collection of fingerprint information, the candidate each hand to collect 1, in accordance with the order of the first left hand, right hand after the order of priority order of fingers: thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger. In the absence of special circumstances, the thumbprints of both hands should be taken. Each fingerprint will be taken twice. Of these, the right hand fingerprint is the alternate fingerprint.

(e) The candidates for fresh graduation from ordinary high schools in the region must submit the "Guangxi General High School Graduates' Comprehensive Quality Assessment Form" (Annex 10) signed with the opinion of their schools and stamped with the official seal of the schools within the time specified by the enrollment offices (examination bureaus) of the cities and counties. Each registration station must, before April 10, uniformly enter the contents of the "Guangxi General High School Graduates' Comprehensive Quality General Assessment Form" into the Guangxi General High School Graduates' Comprehensive Quality General Assessment System in the online registration system and make a copy of it for record. The original copy is returned to the candidate's secondary school and filed in the candidate's paper file bag as part of the candidate's high school level school records. Other persons who meet the registration requirements for the general college entrance examination (non-fresh graduates of ordinary high schools in the region in 2020) must be truthfully filled in by the candidate's unit or community in the political, ideological and moral assessment column of the 2020 Registration Form for Candidates for Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges of Higher Learning in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, signed by the person-in-charge of the unit or community and affixed with the official seal of the unit.

(F) All candidates enrolled in the unified examination of the general college entrance examination should sign the "Candidates' Commitment for Honest Examination" within the time specified by the municipal and county enrollment offices (examination institutes) where they are enrolled.
