After studying Mr. Zhang Bangxin's theory of values, I felt that I had benefited a lot, and I y marveled that the brain of an outstanding entrepreneur is really awe-inspiring. At the beginning of the speech, Mr. Zhang let everyone do a multiple choice question, you want your business to be strong, big or long. I chose to do it for a long time, and my understanding is that these three are progressive and cause and effect relationships. Here is a simple analogy I made.
One, do strong
The same volume, you want to be a diamond will also be an ordinary stone, no doubt, we will choose the diamond, because it is hard enough, and worth money.
Second, do big
Since we all choose diamonds, then you want to do a 30 points of broken diamonds, or do a 1 carat diamond, I believe you will not hesitate to choose a carat of diamonds.
Third, do long
When your lover took a one-carat diamond ring to propose to you, do you want to stay with this person for a lifetime, or roaring but no end, the answer is also self-evident.
Since the relationship is one of progression and cause and effect, if we want to get to the other side of the river, we should first find a way to do the first step of "making it strong", and think about how to make the business a diamond.
I was particularly impressed by one of the sentences: "All beings are afraid of the fruit, the Bodhisattva is afraid of the cause. If you want a good body, you have to keep exercising; if you want a good craft, you have to practice deliberately; if you want a good habit, you have to keep disciplining yourself; it's all cause and effect.

If you compare a company to a dragon boat, and the employees are the rowers, then the values are the way to row the dragon boat. When the dragon boat race paddlers are all hard, in the acceleration and turning time, especially to emphasize that the paddlers must be strictly in accordance with the action method, otherwise not only will lose the game, may also be capsized resulting in casualties. Values are the guideline for leading and restraining the staff when the company is accelerating, and without values the team will easily fall apart.
Values are not something the boss shoots out of his head, but something to be distilled from the business. Values detached from the business is a foreign factor, the enterprise will produce the phenomenon of exclusion.
In conjunction with the business model of KnowBeauty, I would like to expand on the importance of user word-of-mouth. Word of mouth means word of mouth, a form of communication that is very old in marketing terms, but the most reliable. Marketing has gone through 3 stages from TV ads → social media → community marketing, and we have gone through 3 different ways of getting information from passive acceptance → active acquisition → friend recommendation OR big data recommendation.
Friends' recommendation is the most convincing. Our mission is to "help users succeed". The Buddha said: "Ferrying people is also ferrying oneself. If you have succeeded in helping your customers, they will naturally take the initiative to help you spread the word, which is called word-of-mouth. Word of mouth theory is also in line with the most popular community marketing inside a statement: do not hope to make money on the customer's first transaction, find ways to tap the customer's lifetime value, you can make money.

In addition to values, I would also like to talk about the vision and false hope.
The boundaries of a business are largely determined by the boundaries of the CEO. A person's vision is that person's boundary. In order not to be eliminated, we must maintain an attitude of lifelong learning.
The process of expanding horizons is the process of learning, and the process of learning must be painful because learning is anti-human. The irony is that if you choose to escape from the pain of learning, you can't get rid of the anxiety that arises from the unavoidable objective problems in reality and thus trigger even greater pain.
So the most effective solution is precisely to go back to facing the pain of learning.
Secondly, sometimes you don't want to study not because it's too painful, but because it's not enough. In the extreme, it's because you think you're the best in the world, and the frog at the bottom of the well thinks you're the best in the world, but in the end, it's because your vision is too narrow.
From this, we can conclude that the vision and the mind are positive spiral structure.
These are a few of my shallow understanding of values and learning, thank you for reading.
