03?What if I need to park my car temporarily?

If you need to park your car while you are riding, click the "Park" button on the page.

Note: Temporary parking is counted as part of the normal usage time. If you park for more than 40 minutes, the system will automatically lock the bike and end the order.

04?Why does the system lock automatically?

Automatic locking is generally categorized into the following three situations:

1. Non-temporary parking status, the vehicle stays in place for more than 20 minutes, the system will automatically lock the vehicle and end the order;

2. Temporary parking status, the parking duration exceeds 40 minutes, the system will automatically lock the vehicle and end the order;

3. Vehicles outside of the operating area If the vehicle stays outside the operation area for more than 15 minutes, the system will automatically lock the vehicle and end the order, as well as charge an additional dispatch fee.

05?Why are there dispatch fees?

The scheduling fee is mostly due to the fact that the vehicle is not parked at the return point within the operation area. As long as you move the vehicle to the nearest P-point according to the system prompts, you can contact the customer service to apply for a refund of the scheduling fee.

1, if you return the vehicle outside the operation area, you need to pay 5-10 yuan vehicle scheduling fee;

2, if you return the vehicle in the operation area of the non-P-point location, you also need to pay the corresponding vehicle scheduling fee.

06?Why does the vehicle cut off automatically?

Automatic power off is mostly due to riding outside of the operating area. When the system recognizes that the vehicle has exceeded the operating range, it will immediately execute the power-off command; when you return to the operating range, the vehicle will automatically come back to life.
