I. Content of the subsidy

After the issuance of the Implementation Plan (i.e., after February 10, 2022, inclusive), female workers giving birth to two or three children, enterprises paying social insurance premiums for them during maternity leave can enjoy social insurance subsidies. During the maternity leave of a female worker who gives birth to a second child, she will be subsidized in accordance with 50% of the basic pension insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance premiums actually paid by the enterprise for her (excluding the portion to be paid by the individual, the same hereinafter), and for a third child, she will be subsidized in accordance with 80%, and the month of subsidy will be counted from the month of the first day of giving birth to a second or a third child, and the subsidy will be provided for six months***. Individual industrial and commercial households, private non-enterprise units, social organizations and other insured units (excluding institutions) that are insured on a per-unit basis will be referred to for implementation.

Two, implementation procedures
