Guangxi's specific measures to cultivate and develop strategic emerging industries include:
A. Promoting the industrial chain to the middle and high end, and striving to build a number of industrial clusters with national influence.
B. Promoting the deep integration of advanced technologies such as the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence with industries.
C. Create a favorable ecosystem for industrial development, play the role of venture capital guidance funds for emerging and future industries, support the development of innovative enterprises at the start-up stage, improve the conditions of access, regulatory rules and standard systems that are conducive to the development of new technologies, products and modes, and encourage the adoption of innovative products and services.
D. Promote the construction of the national civil unmanned aerial test base in Hezhou, and vigorously develop manned drones and navigation equipment manufacturing industry.
Implementing the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the Party committee and government of the autonomous region, accelerating the promotion of strategic emerging industries in the region to grow in scale, improve quality and increase efficiency, and promoting the transformation of the industrial structure to realize the high-quality development of the economy.
The Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region has prepared the Three-Year Action Program for Strategic and Emerging Industries in Guangxi (2021-2023) (hereinafter referred to as the Action Program), with the goal of improving the contribution rate of the strategic and emerging industries to the economic development, enhancing the competitiveness of the industries, and promoting the high-quality development of the whole region's economy.
Strategic emerging industries are an important power source to pull and drive the future economic and social development, and an important means to seize the commanding heights of the new round of economic and scientific and technological development. At present, the development of strategic emerging industries in our region is in the primary stage, the foundation of industrial development is not good, lack of talent, science and technology is weak, the start is difficult, want to do a lot, can do very little, the actual can do even less.
In order to accelerate the cultivation and growth of strategic emerging industries in our region during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, to lay out the future industries ahead of time, and to provide a new engine for the high-quality development of the economy, the Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission has compiled the Action Program.
The Action Program focuses on building the ecology of strategic emerging industries in Guangxi, clarifies the development path of strategic emerging industries, and aims to improve the contribution rate of strategic emerging industries to economic development, enhance the competitive strength of the industry, build a strategic emerging industries cluster, and promote the high-quality development of strategic emerging industries.
