1. Find the location of the service hall of the local People's Bank first.
2. Prepare relevant items, such as ID card, bank card for credit dealings with banks, and some cash. Then take these related things to the local service hall of the People's Bank Credit Information Center.
3. Choose any counter in the service hall of the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China, and submit an application for inquiring personal credit information records to the counter service personnel. Usually, when inquiring about personal credit records in the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China, there are two opportunities for free inquiry every year.
4. After receiving the inquiry application, the counter service personnel will ask the applicant to show his ID card and other materials. After the applicant gives the ID card to the counter service staff, the counter service staff swipes the ID card on the card reader and inputs the identity information into the system for matching verification.

1. First, open official website, the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China, and find the "core business" module in the middle of the website.
2. Find the "Internet Personal Credit Information Service Platform" in the core business module, and then click "Start Now" to log in. After logging in, select the information to be queried and the query object, and fill in the personal information. After filling in the personal information, click the "send verification code" icon to receive the SMS verification code with the bound mobile phone. Then enter the verification code in the short message into the verification code filling area for verification.
3. After the verification is successful, the inquirer will receive the "inquiry code" given by the credit center within 72 hours. Use this "inquiry code" to inquire personal credit records.
