Netease Cloud mainly pushes "scenario-based cloud services", launching a series of scenario-based cloud services and Netease big data products, such as communication and video (Netease Video Cloud), full-intelligence cloud customer service (Netease Seven Fish), cloud computing infrastructure services, cloud security (Netease Shield).

In March 2017, NetEase Cloud, the cloud computing and big data brand of NetEase Group, expanded its dual-creation base in Zhejiang Province to provide comprehensive services and technical empowerment for startups and traditional industries to innovate with cloud computing and big data.

Development History

On April 23, 2013, NetEase released its new strategic mobile product, NetEase Cloud Music, with singers such as Ye Bei, Chen Chusheng, Ji Jie, Lu Hu and Li Xiaoyun participating in the conference.

On January 7, 2014, Kugou was sued by NetEase Cloud Music to the Tianhe District People's Court of Guangzhou for allegedly infringing on the right to play musical works.

Kugou Music was asked to stop the infringement immediately.

In May 2014, it launched the HD version for PC and adapted for iPad.

On August 30, 2014, it was launched on the Windows Phone platform.

TalkingData Mobile Data Research Center released data showing that from January to September 2014, NetEase Cloud Music ranked first among all music APPs with a monthly user growth rate of 36.5%, surpassing peer products such as QQ Music.
