Fission thinking - you can have a powerful thinking
Recently, I have studied a two-day course on fissure thinking with the master of domestic business model, Futurist Jingtao, and I have gained a lot of experience, and there are a lot of sparkling new thinking highlights worth sharing.

Beyond Australia's slow-paced, traditional model-based, Internet-enabled business environment, the country's complex Internet enterprises, Internet+, big data, Internet of Everything, venture capital, and so on, have disrupted the traditional model on a large scale. The key words are "technology-driven, fast, strong, using the power of capital"? This is in line with the inherent talent of China, the second fastest rising economic power. Many new businesses grow incredibly fast, gain customers incredibly fast, expand incredibly fast, of course, many fall incredibly fast, but this is still the times give us new opportunities. By these new Internet thinking, the Internet of Everything, *** enjoy the concept of economic stimulation, many domestic enterprises to play the "fission thinking".

The so-called fission thinking is to use the "fission" way to quickly obtain, plunder and pass the resource information. This may include customer fission, agent fission, shareholder fission and other forms.

The use of fission method to obtain the enterprise, product dissemination is to use the customer to fission customer, agent to fission other agents, product fission out of other products. In this way, the use of continuous kinetic energy to obtain the flow of cost reduction. In this business world, an entrepreneur must calculate the cost of customer acquisition under my current model, and the revenue that can be obtained from customers. For example, a restaurant that gives a $20 coupon to a customer after they've made a purchase is a natural incentive to keep them coming back. A restaurant owner who calculates the normal cost of acquiring a customer for his store (e.g., monthly rent + utilities + miscellaneous expenses/natural number of customers per month = $200/person) might naturally be willing to make a $20 coupon for the customer to give to him, and then a $20 coupon to give to his friend, so that if he shares it with his friend, one of them will get a coupon (40 = one returning customer + one new customer).

Of course there are many, many dimensions and ways to play when designing your own fission model.

Two very basic concepts, one is called static selling power and the other is called dynamic selling power. These are the basic logic of a product fission. Static sales force is the design of the product, pattern, visit, instructions, etc., so that people look at the impulse to buy him. To improve the static selling power you need to improve the design, taste, color, match, slogan and so on.

Motivational power is the ability of the product itself to sell twice after it has been purchased by the customer. For example, have you designed a membership card system that allows customers to earn points? Have you designed coupons for next time use, have you designed instructions for customers to recommend to friends, share to social media, etc., and have you obtained user data for future push. And so on. The design of marketing power will make your product has the ability to crack.

This is all for now. After I study more business cases, I will share them with you.
