Requirements for the 7th China International Internet+ Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
Requirements:

1. The participating projects can closely integrate new generation information technology such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, next generation communication technology, blockchain and other new information technologies with various economic and social fields, serve the construction of new infrastructures, and cultivate new products, services, industries and modes. The role of the Internet in promoting industrial upgrading and the deep integration of informatization and industrialization, promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, agriculture, energy, environmental protection and other industries; play the role of the Internet in social services, innovate the networked service model, and promote the deep integration of the Internet with education, medical care, transportation, finance, consumer life and so on.

2. Participating projects must be real, healthy and legal, without any bad information, and the project intention should promote positive energy and practice socialist core values. Participating projects must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; the inventions, patented technologies and resources involved must have clear and legal intellectual property rights or property rights; plagiarism, theft of other people's achievements, provision of false materials and other violations of relevant laws and regulations will result in the loss of the right to participate in the competition once discovered and will be held liable for all legal responsibilities.

3. If the project involves other people's intellectual property rights, a complete and legally binding written authorization letter from the owner must be submitted; if the project has been registered with the competent authorities, a scanned copy of the business license, certificate of registration, organization code certificate and other relevant documents, unit profile, legal representative, shareholding structure and so on, must be submitted during the registration. Participating projects may provide current real financial data, investment received, employment driven and other relevant supporting materials. Participating projects that have received investment of 10 million RMB or more before the announcement of the competition or have a revenue of 10 million RMB or more in 2020 or any year before that should provide supporting materials such as investment agreements and proof of investment money at the finals.

4. Projects must not contain any content that violates the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations. It must respect Chinese culture and conform to public order and morals.

5. Entries will be based on the requirements of each track and only one track that meets the requirements can be selected for entry. Projects that have already won gold and silver awards in the previous finals of the competition are not eligible to participate in this competition.

6. Participants must be no older than 35 years old.
