4. Principles of Assignment and Admission
1. Students who have participated in the on-site registration of Yingkou Cunzhi School and have passed the information review and received the registration serial number are eligible to participate in the assignment and admission.
2. Once selected, students participating in the allocation will be deemed to have been admitted to Yingkou Cunzhi School and will automatically give up their eligibility for admission to other schools.
3. Successful applicants are limited to their own enrollment and are not transferable.
V. Operation method of random assignment
1. The registration serial number confirmed by parents at the registration site is used as the sequence number for random assignment, sorted from smallest to largest.
2. At the random assignment site, a parent representative is recommended to generate a starting number by random selection, which is the first number to start the assignment. The starting number needs to be ranged according to the number of students to be assigned.
3. At the random assignment site, the recommended parent representative will again generate an interval number by random sampling, i.e., the interval number will be several numbers to generate a selection number, and the interval number will be generated in the range of 1-9. The interval number is not an entry number.
4. Subsequently, from the starting number, according to the number of intervals, the cycle of repeated rounds (cycle to the second round, the program will automatically be the first round of the selection number generated by the deduction, and so on), until the total number of assigned admissions are all generated. For example: the number of applicants for 40 people, random assignment of the starting number for the 25th, then the 25th for the first selected number, randomly generated interval number 7; 33rd for the second selected number; 1 for the third admitted number, 9 for the fourth selected number, and so on.
Sixth, random assignment supervision
Random assignment process invites the discipline inspection and supervision departments, deputies to the National People's Congress, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the media and other personnel to participate in the supervision of the whole process, the assignment results on-site announcement. New junior high school students who have not been admitted to a private compulsory education school should ask their parents or other legal guardians to bring their household registers (or residence certificates), real estate certificates (or relevant certificates such as purchase contracts, tax invoices, and back-to-back agreements), and relevant materials such as recent electricity and water bills, to the Compulsory Education Section of the Municipal Education Bureau on the same day that the list of admissions to private schools is announced to go through enrollment procedures.
