"The company's website has been updated with the latest information about the company and the system registration number. (2) Provincial sunshine government platform registration. Enterprises registered in the "national high enterprise work network", must be registered in the "provincial sunshine government platform" again. Newly registered units default to the unified social credit code as the login account, enterprises need to accurately fill in the unified social credit code when registering. Each enterprise can only register one account on the "Provincial Sunshine Government Platform". (See Annex 1 for registration guidelines). 2. Enterprises that already have an account. For enterprises that have relocated to Guangdong Province (excluding Shenzhen) during the validity period of the high enterprise, please confirm that the recognized organization in the "National High Enterprise Work Network" is "Guangdong Province Office of the Recognized Organization" before submitting the application for the high enterprise on the "Provincial Sunshine Government Affairs Platform". In order to accurately interface with the "State High-enterprise Work Network", enterprises must carefully check the relevant information obtained. 4. Check the discrepancy data. Enterprises need to upload the official seal of the "tax data use authorization", and compare the financial data declared by the high-enterprise recognition and remittance data, such as data inconsistencies should be uploaded to the "financial data comparison discrepancy statement". 5. For enterprises that already have digital signatures, encourage the use of digital signatures to submit the declaration of recognition of high enterprises, other enterprises can voluntarily apply for digital signatures for the declaration of recognition of high enterprises. (See Annex 4 for operational guidelines) 3. Audit and Recommendation Declaring enterprises are responsible for the authenticity of the materials submitted for the declaration of high enterprises. After receiving the declaration materials from the enterprises, the science and technology departments of the cities and municipalities may, together with the finance and taxation departments of the cities and municipalities, verify the declared information of the enterprises according to the actual situation, focusing on the actual operation of the enterprises, scientific and technological activities of the personnel, intellectual property rights, such as software copyrights, research and development organization, consistency of the declared data with the remittance data, and whether there were any major safety and quality accidents or serious environmental violations in the year prior to applying for the recognition. As well as whether the declared name and registration number of the enterprise are completely consistent with the information of the enterprise in the "National High-enterprise Network", etc., the verification will be carried out. Based on the verification of the enterprises, the science and technology departments of the cities and municipalities will issue recommendations and recommend them to the provincial science and technology departments. Not recommended enterprises, municipal science and technology departments should be promptly approved in the "provincial sunshine government platform" and return the enterprise declaration materials.Four, work requirements

Tracking service work, accurately mobilize qualified high-tech enterprises in a timely manner into the science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises. Meet the conditions for evaluation of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, enterprises are encouraged to log on the "Ministry of Science and Technology Government Service Platform" (/html/zxbl/), to submit science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise evaluation materials, in order to enjoy the relevant policies to benefit enterprises. (ii) Strengthen the management of intermediary organizations. Declaring enterprises shall be responsible for the authenticity of the declaration materials as well as the certification matters of the notification commitment.
