2. Pay the remittance fee Give the agent the amount you want to send, along with the necessary service fees.
3. Sign and receive a receipt You will be asked to sign a receipt. Printed on the receipt is your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). You can use the MTCN to track the status of your remittance online (on the Internet).
4. Inform the Recipient It is time to contact your recipient and give him/her the necessary information such as the name of the sender, the amount of money sent, the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), and the country where the money was sent.
5. Track the money transfer Go to the "Track" link displayed at the top of the page. You can then track the status of the money transfer by typing in the pronunciation of your name (remitter's name) and the remittance monitoring code (MTCN).
