"Coarse grains" is relative to rice, white flour and other "fine grains" in terms of a name, mainly refers to including corn, sorghum, millet and a variety of beans and other grain products. The main difference is that it contains fiber.

The main ones are: sorghum, grain, buckwheat (beet, buckwheat), oats (Avena sativa), barley, millets, millet, Job's tears, seed amaranth, and vegetable beans (kidney beans), mung beans, pinto beans (red pinto beans, adzuki beans), fava beans, peas, cowpeas, lentils (soldier beans), black beans and so on.
