Among them, economic development accounts for 1 1.75%, business environment accounts for 8.67%, urban construction management accounts for 42.06%, and people's livelihood improvement accounts for 37.52%. In terms of proportion, urban construction management and improvement of people's livelihood have become hot spots, accounting for nearly 80%.

At the same time, the general office of the municipal government also used big data technology to further analyze these four aspects, and arranged 20 hot issues of public concern according to the concentration of the problems. For the 409 15 problems that need to be solved at the municipal level, the general office of the municipal government issued a list of problems and organized all relevant departments directly under the municipal government to claim them one by one. At present, 24,626 problems have been claimed by various departments directly under the municipal government, and other relevant departments are actively claiming them. At the same time, the responsible departments identified 3969 problems that can be solved immediately, 3478 problems that can be solved in the near future, 65438 problems that need time and process to solve, and 6930 problems with opinions and suggestions.

Up to now, of the 70 179 questions collected by the whole city, 12277 have been solved.
