The college has a total planned land of 533 acres, with a total investment of 800 million RMB, and is constructed in two phases. The college has a teaching building, training building, comprehensive building, student dormitory, cafeteria, gymnasium, sports field, underground parking lot. The college has various kinds of training rooms, with aircrew and security teaching, aircraft electromechanical equipment maintenance teaching, ICT network engineering teaching, basic teaching and other training centers, built a large-scale Huawei ICT training room in the field of education in Guizhou.

The college implements two levels of management, with a Department of Civil Aviation Management, a Huawei ICT College (also known as the Huawei ICT Network Engineering Department), and a Department of Basic Teaching.
