The reason why you can't use your credit card is because of the following:

User's credit report is bad. The user's credit report has records of late payment, bad debt, and payment in lieu of payment, so the system is unable to pass the lender's loan review, resulting in the Lehua Card having a credit limit but not being able to use it.

Decreased repayment ability of the user. After comprehensively evaluating the user's repayment ability, the lender considers the user's current repayment ability insufficient and therefore does not provide borrowing services.

Excessive debt ratio. The user's debt ratio has exceeded 50%, and the lender can understand the user's debt situation when querying the user's credit report and big data, thus refusing to provide borrowing services.

Merchants do not support Lohas Card. Not all merchants support Lehuaca as a payment method, for example, Lehuaca can't place an order at Installment Mall (Lehuaca supports the use of WeChat/Alipay payment in consumption scenarios).

Insufficient available credit on Installment Le. LeFlora Card uses the credit limit of Installment Le, and will not work properly when the Installment Le credit limit is insufficient.

The number of installment periods is not selectable. When the user pays by installment with Lohas Card, the number of installment periods is not allowed by the merchant, so the payment will fail.

Failure to match with funders. Lohas Card is funded by a partner financial institution, and if you are not matched with a lender, you will not be able to pay with Lohas Card.

Abnormal network status. Abnormal network status, such as busy network, insecurity, etc., will result in failure of payment by Lohas Card when users make payment with Lohas Card.

System maintenance and upgrading. Instalment's system will be maintained and upgraded from time to time, during the maintenance and upgrading period, users will not be able to use Lohas Card.

No additional face authentication. If you do not have a facial authentication, you will not be able to use Installment Express or Lohas Card in the future.

The applicant's personal score is not good and does not meet the system score of Installment Le.

The user has been overdue in Installment Le.

The applicant often pays off the loan early using Installment Le.

There is insufficient official credit available at Installment Express.
