According to the introduction, "case management robot" that is the case of intelligent auxiliary system, is the prosecution case handling, external supervision, internal management of the full coverage, full process, full trace and digital, standardized, intelligent software platform, subdivided into the case management big data application platform, investigation and supervision of the public prosecutor, the execution of the prosecution of the smart Auxiliary platform, performance assessment and other systems, throughout the judicial case activities.

The system is able to assist prosecutors in various aspects of the case, such as reviewing the file, screening doubts, pushing the class case, sentencing opinions, automatic generation of opinions on the approval of arrest, etc.; can also supervise prosecutors to handle the case, the system can automatically handle the prosecution of each case, each node of the case, each legal document to carry out the whole process, the whole trace of the supervision; but also can take the initiative to push the information, to protect the parties litigation according to law. The system can automatically supervise the whole process of each case handled by the procuratorate, with full traces of each legal document; it can also proactively push information to safeguard the litigation rights of the parties in accordance with the law, and ensure that the handling of cases is open and transparent.

Jiangsu Provincial Procuratorate in September 2016 will be "case management robot" as a leading project for the construction of network information for research and development, and in Jiangsu seven cities and 34 grass-roots procuratorates pilot application.

It is reported that, in terms of traffic collision cases, "case management robot" found that the accuracy of the screening problem has reached 88.7%, the time limit for the review of arrest cases for traffic collision from the original 3 days compressed to 1.5 days, significantly improving the prosecutor's efficiency in handling cases. Since the pilot, the case management big data application platform has issued process monitoring reminder and warning 16,000 pieces of more than 20,000 times, reminder and warning accuracy rate of 100%; review 14,326 cases, found and corrected the judicial handling of irregularities and other defective issues 7420; enforcement of the prosecution intelligent auxiliary platform since the pilot, has been to correct the improper commutation of 541 cases, automatically screened out the suspected non-delivery of 350 cases, put forward the corrective advice 16 cases. The platform has automatically screened out 350 suspected cases of non-delivery and put forward 16 corrective opinions.
