Production operation process analysis and optimization, production planning and control, logistics and supply chain management, lean production mode, customized production management, employee performance and salary management, etc. In recent years, more than 70 related academic papers have been published, including 4 by SCI, 4 by EI 14 and 2 by KLOC-0/2. Recent research interests are mainly supply chain information management, supply chain system stability analysis and customized production management.
