Yinchuan Cultural Park is located in the central axis of Yinchuan City, Jinfeng District, Ning'an Street and Liupanshan Road intersection at the southern end, is the South Beltway into the central city of the important gateway and window, covers an area of about 3,300 acres, including culture and art exposition center, the Yinchuan City Library (including Fangzhi Hall, Concert Hall), the fusion of the media building and the greening, landscaping, water systems and infrastructure construction projects and other projects.
