The Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical College is private, with the level of undergraduate and the type of ordinary undergraduate. The address of Xinxiang Campus is 688 Xiangyang East Road, Xinxiang City, Henan Province. Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical College is a full-time medical undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and jointly organized by Xinxiang Medical College and Shanghai Yumei Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.

School medical education began at 1922 Huimin Hospital Nursing School, and 1950 Pingyuan Medical College was established. Since then, the school has experienced the development stage of North China Second Medical College and Xinxiang Characteristic Medical College. 1962 was renamed as Yubei medical college; 1982, upgraded to undergraduate course, named Xinxiang Medical College; 1998 awarded master's degree.

The school was founded in 2003 and was recognized as an independent college by the Ministry of Education in February of the same year. In February 2009, Xinxiang Medical College signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Yumei Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. to establish Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical College. As of February 2023, the school has two campuses, Xinxiang City and Pingyuan Demonstration Zone, covering an area of 1, 0 19.6 mu, with a total construction area of 66 1 000 square meters.
