First, the examination requirements and related tips
(1) Settings of test sites. The test center is determined by Baoding Education Examinations Institute. Candidates are requested to print the admission ticket in time, understand the arrangement of the test center, arrive at the location of the test center in advance, be familiar with the environment of the test center, and arrange accommodation so as not to affect the normal test due to rainy and foggy weather, road traffic maintenance or other unforeseen reasons.
(2) Integrity testing. A video monitoring system is installed in the examination room, and the whole examination process is recorded. Candidates are requested to strictly abide by the rules of the examination room. In addition to the prescribed examination items, other items unrelated to the examination should be stored in the designated place. Candidates carry mobile phones and other devices with the function of sending or receiving information with them during the exam. Whether they use it or not, it is considered cheating in the exam, and all the results in this exam will be cancelled.
At present, education, industry, information technology, public security and other departments are jointly carrying out special treatment of mobile phone cheating, and have established a long-term mechanism of combing clues before the exam, real-time monitoring during the exam, and tracing and handling after the exam. Please be vigilant and take the exam in good faith, and don't try the law by yourself.
(3) Answer requirements. Candidates should answer questions in the answer area corresponding to the question number, and the answers written on the draft paper or in the answer area corresponding to the question number are invalid. Candidates are not allowed to make any marks on the answer sheet. If the answer sheet is missing (smeared), wrongly filled (smeared) or illegible, which affects the marking results, the candidates shall bear the responsibility themselves.
Two, candidates to participate in the epidemic prevention and control examination requirements
(1) Territorial management shall be strictly implemented in epidemic prevention and control. Candidates are requested to pay close attention to the latest information on the website of Baoding Education Examinations Institute (www.bdksy.cn) and the official WeChat account of Baoding Education Examinations Institute, understand and strictly abide by the relevant epidemic prevention regulations in advance, and do a good job in preparing for the exam to avoid failing to take the exam according to the epidemic prevention requirements. Download and print the examinee's health status self-commitment form (see Annex 1), epidemiological history screening form (see Annex 2) and daily health monitoring record form (see Annex 3); Fill in the screening contents truthfully.
(2) Candidates should conduct self-health management and health status monitoring according to the examination and epidemic prevention requirements of the test center. Candidates should return to the test center 7 days before the exam. There is no need not to leave the location of the test center, protect yourself, don't gather, and don't go to crowded places.
(3) All candidates need to apply for "Hebei Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" in advance, and fill in their personal information truthfully. Save the health code and travel card in green code. Candidates who have lived outside Baoding or come from low-risk areas in Baoding within 7 days before the test must take two negative nucleic acid tests within 72 hours before the test (once each within 24 hours before the test, and the interval between the two tests must exceed 24 hours);
Candidates who are always in Baoding area within 7 days before the test and can move freely must take the test with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test. Every time a candidate enters a test center, he/she needs to have his/her body temperature monitored, present the "Hebei Health Code" and the "Traffic Big Data Travel Card", and issue his/her signed "Self-Commitment Letter on the Candidates' Health Status" and my/her negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (Annex 4).
Candidates' self-commitment to health status and negative proof of nucleic acid test must be submitted at the beginning of each exam. Both originals and copies are acceptable. Please make adequate preparations in advance.
(4) During the examination, all candidates are required to wear masks to take part in the examination, but invigilators must take off their masks and actively cooperate with the examination during identity verification. If there are respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough during the examination, you should report to the invigilator in time. After the assessment by the on-site medical and health professionals, we will comprehensively judge whether the examination conditions are met and dispose of them according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work.
