There are no such regulations.

January 24, 2021, Guizhou entered the two sessions time. Chen Juli, a member of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), believes that signaling blind spots should be cleared to enhance people's sense of well-being. She found through research that many underground parking lots in the cell phone in the process of using no signal, there is a certain security risks.

In addition, Chen Juli also found that some elevators, highway tunnels, as well as on the high-speed rail from Guizhou to Guangzhou, field research shows that the signal in the region of Guizhou is poor, the experience is very bad. She therefore suggested: the government should increase infrastructure investment, the major operators should also increase the signal coverage.

Suggestions made

In response, she made several suggestions. First, the provincial big data bureau and the provincial communications authority should take the lead in urging operators to step up their efforts to rectify signal blindness, incorporate their rectification into relevant assessments and accept public supervision.

Secondly, the joint news media openly solicited cell phone signal coverage of blind spots, and the rectification process for the whole tracking report, urging operators to effectively fulfill their social responsibility. In addition, the government should increase infrastructure investment, adding bricks and mortar to the construction of information technology.

"It is hoped that the re-optimization of cell phone signal coverage will clear the way for the construction of the nation's first comprehensive pilot area for big data in Guizhou and increase the people's sense of access and happiness." Chen Juli said.
