The Big Data Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management is a public welfare second class institution under the Ministry of Emergency Management, which is mainly responsible for emergency management information collection and processing and handling, information analysis and provision, information system construction and operation and maintenance, information technology development, application of big data technology, and network security and protection.
