There is no way to view the photos encrypted by the owner of Qzone, unless the owner has public access or knows the password of the album to see it, otherwise you can't see it.

Hidden Qzone photo album method/steps:

1: Log in to Qzone, in the Qzone page, click on the navigation of the "album" to enter.

2: In the "Albums" page, click to open the album you need to set.

3: Once in the album, click on the down arrow at the end of the album name.

4: After clicking, a small window will pop up, click "Edit Album Information".

5: On the "Edit Album Info" page, click on the word behind Qzone Permissions to bring up a drop-down menu, then click on "Visible to owner only".
