Management centers should be in strict accordance with the requirements of the "Housing Provident Fund Integrated Service Platform Construction Guidelines", the construction of a comprehensive management system for service platforms, effective control of various service channels, and timely mastery of the service situation. Through the integrated management system, it ensures the synergy and consistency of each service channel, and realizes one channel registration and all-channel login for service recipients. The integrated management system shall effectively regulate the service volume of each electronic channel, and timely guide service applications to reasonably divert among different channels during the peak period of on-line service concurrency. If the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions or cities require that service platforms be included in the unified management of local government affairs platforms, the management centers shall actively do a good job of docking, sorting out service matters to be included in government affairs platforms, and clarifying the management, service and security operation and maintenance responsibilities with the management departments of government affairs platforms. Through docking with the government affairs platform, it will make better use of departmental **** enjoyment data, carry out networking verification of business information, and improve the efficiency of online services. Housing provident fund service matters accepted through the government affairs platform are incorporated into the unified management of the service platform. Seven, strengthen the security mechanism

The management center should strictly implement the national information system security norms, implement the physical environment security, network security and data protection security measures, strengthen the service platform operation monitoring and risk analysis, with the help of the third-party security assessment agencies to regularly carry out information security assessment, and timely exclude the risks and hidden dangers. The management center shall sign agreements with contractors and operation service providers to clarify the responsibilities of all parties in platform construction, maintenance and security. Establish and improve electronic files, improve relevant systems and standards, and strengthen the management of all kinds of business bills, data and information online and offline. Eight, increase supervision and guidance

For the service platform or service channel built by the provincial level, management and operation and maintenance will be strengthened. Focus on supervising management centers that have not completed the construction of the service platform to speed up the work progress. Supervise the management center to seriously fill in the report on the construction and use of the service platform, and strictly audit the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the reported data. The report will be the main basis for the Ministry to evaluate the construction and use of the service platform in each place.
